    Weekly Yoga & Meditation Classes with me...

    Yoga is an age old therapy to unite mind body and soul. Today there are many forms styles and types of yoga appealing to different peoples needs wants and ideals.

    Yoga-ing with me is a unique experience as I use a blend of gentle traditional hatha yoga positions, breathing techniques, guided visualisations and relaxations through intuition and experience to guide you through a practice that flows beautifully from start to end.

    My aim is to guide you through a portal where you leave daily lives and rhythms on hold, while we journey to restore your physical body by releasing any tensions and stiffness. You will subtly gain flexibility and build up core strength without feeling like you've run a marathon. Breath work will improve oxygen to the body and help clear away build up of Cortisol, literally breathing new life into yourself. Even those who are adverse to meditation will not even realise the subtlety in which I encourage you to clear you thoughts away and create those all important positive frame of mind and emotions which embody us. Leaving the practice you will enter back into your day to day tasks having been reset, restored and re energised.

    Taking time to dedicate to a yoga class may seem time consuming and difficult to fit into a busy schedule, but you'll find yoga with me gives you the physiological and psychological benefits you need to lead you to be far more positive and productive with your time and energy.

    We all deserve to dedicate time to our self healing.

    ...each class we journey together to explore how to still the mind. We integrate our awareness around our breath. Explore different breathwork exercises. Move through a gentle flow of hatha yoga based postures. Guided relaxation is used to allow the mind to become as still as the body, therefore reaching that blissful magical place of the unification of mind body and soul. Maintaining that good vibe through a guided meditation to cleanse and clear the energy body. And always a parting gift of a method you can take with you on how to stay grounded, focused, calm and strong in your daily lives.

    Gentle -

    Stretch and Shine, Yoga Flow

    Monday 1.30pm-2.30pm - Term time Only

    £10 - drop in or £9 - each for full 6 week term = £54

    In this class we use stillness of mind, grounding and breathwork to bring harmony and balance to our nervous system. Then we will move through a flow of yoga postures following the pace of our breath to unleash tensions, blockages, gain flexibility while building muscle strength and stamina, all in a gentle way.

    This class is uses a gentler flow, for anyone who enjoys a slower pace of Yoga or may experience limited mobility.

    The class is suited to all levels of ability, from complete beginners to experienced yogi's.

    Meditation Class For Everyone

    This class takes you through a deep and healing journey through meditation. We all know that meditation is good for us, but many of us can struggle to do it alone, or find the time. So joining a group is a fantastic way to enjoy the benefits yourself.Over 10years experience in giving guided relaxations and short guided meditations in Yoga classes 1to1 clients and workshops. Now formulated to be delivered in a 1 hour session every week."Laura has a unique ability to give intuitively guided meditations personalised to aid your healing journey, or over come specific hurdles you might be facing."There are many types of Meditation out there, but I will take you on a very easy journey that I have developed myself over many years, to first of all deeply relax the mind body and soul. Then stay in that state for an allotted time where the brain converts into a different frequency. Alpha state. Where the body will repair and heal itself. The brain can process emotions. Insights can be downloaded and with practice, access to the Higher Self can be obtained.The first part of our class will start with an "offloading"! This has been formulated to rid the physical body of any physical pent up energy, emotional overload or overwhelm.A short series of physical Somatic movements will take place lasting just a few minutes. Then we will connect to our breath using various Breathwork Practices to calm the body and mind.Then, we will lie fully down on the mats on the floor where I will guide you through a relaxation which will deeply relax the body and mind.Then keeping our mediative state, we will transition to a seated posture and continue in a seated meditation for around 20mins or so. Using stillness of mind, but also incorporating simple visualisations to keep the mind present.This class is suitable for everyone.     Candle Lit Evening Nervous System Reset, Yoga flow

    Tuesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm - Term time only

    £10 - drop in or £9 - each for full 6 week term =£54

    In this class we explore effective ways to restore the nervous system and release tension from the body leaving you feeling like you have been Reset!

    I will guide you through different breathwork practices to calm to the nervouse system & slow the mind. Start with vagus nerve reset stretches to signal to the nervous system it is safe to release fight or flight/cortisol. Then we explore a fushion of Somatic Release stretches with tratitional Hatha Yoga postures, always flowing gently from one to the next, to allow the body to stretch slowly, not shocking or over stretching.

    Always coming back to the breath, so every time your body releases tension & cortisol, you can safely breathe it away using the breathwork I guide.

    Always ending with a deep guided Relaxation to allow the body to intergrate the change you have presented it with and enjoy a brief moment of stillness in a busy world.

    Class is suitable for all abilities from beginners to experienced Yogi's.

    ***During the winter months, this class will be softly lit by clandle light, claming the nervous system. Heated floor mats and blankets will also be available to lay on during the relaxation.***

    In these session the aim is to provide for you a varying way to access a Meditaive state that works for you. We are all different and meditation can be difficult to access for some people from only 1 method, that's why trying different ways to find a meditation that works for you is a great thing to explore.

    Online, Gentle yoga flow via Zoom

    Thursday 7.pm-8.pm - Term time Only

    In this class we use stillness of mind, grounding and breathwork to bring harmony and balance to our nervous system. Then we will move through a flow of yoga postures flowing the pace of our breath to unleash tensions, blockages, build muscle strength and stamina, all in a gentle way. We then finish with a guided relaxation and short meditation to clear and brighten the energy to make sure any feelings of anxiety and negativity are superseded with peace and fulfilment.


    The class is suited to all levels of ability, from complete beginners to experienced yogi's, as different variations of each posture will be given for you to explore. Please make sure you have a space suitable to practice and access to Zoom on any device.

    Morning Energizer, Yoga flow

    This class is designed to utilize the postures and yogic breathing technics that energize and bring vigor to the mind, body and soul. We will explore clarity of mind, breathwork, yoga posture, releasing and relaxing tensions, building strength and stamina in the body as well as the mind. Guided visualisation to bring light into the body.

    Class is suitable for all abilities from beginners to experienced Yogi's.

    I combine my years of experience of Holistic knowledge regarding the physical body, nutritional healing, awareness of cognitive patterns, and energy releasing techniques to give you the power to release blockages from your life.     Spiritual Drumming Circle

    Once a month we gather to drum. Creating a sacred space. Laura leads the Circle offering space to release with drumming and chanting with guidance on sounding your drum, voice and devling into Medicine songs and chants. Sometimes offering Drum healing to those wanting this individually or as a group

    No need to be an accomplished drummer or singer, support is given when needed. Otherwise it's all about the release and uplifting energies.

    In this changing and Evolving World. I, as a developing Energy Intuitive, Psychic, Shamanka, & Astral Traveller, needed this space when I was growing up, and actually still do.

    A space where people can connect and talk about their intuitive abilities, but more importantly learn hown to ground and anchor their gift in a safe and balanced way that you stay in control of. I see a lot of spaces and practices, opening up abilities, yet it is my beleif that we are in a time, where "gifts" will start to come through naturally, it's HOW we use them that is the imprtant teaching, and developing slowly, learning how to ground, shut down, but more importantly, choosing to raise our frequency with these gifts, and remain in higher vibration spaces, because when you open, in is important to balance, stay in control & ground.

    With over 10years experience in giving guided relaxations and short guided meditations in Yoga classes, 1to1 clients and workshops. Now formulated to be delivered in a 1 hour session every other week in the Evening. (Or 2x a week in the day time)

    There are many types of Meditation out there, but I will take you on a very easy journey that I have developed myself over many years, tailoring it to suit the way you naturally gravitate to meditation. . Then stay in that state for an allotted time where the brain converts into a different frequency. Alpha state. Where the body will repair and heal itself. The brain can process emotions. Insights can be downloaded and with practice, access to the Higher Self can be obtained.
    The first part of our class will start with an "offloading"! This has been formulated to rid the physical body of any physical pent up energy, emotional overload or overwhelm. A short series of physical Somatic movements will take place lasting just a few minutes. Then we will connect to our breath using various Breathwork Practices to calm the body and mind. Then, we will lay fully down on the mats on the floor staying comfy with cushions and blanket, where I will guide you through a relaxation which will deeply relax the body and mind.Then keeping our mediative state, we will transition to a seated posture and continue in a seated meditation for around 20-30mins or so (offen it feels like no time at all). Using stillness of mind, but also incorporating simple visualisations to keep the mind present.This class is suitable for everyone. Those who have never tried meditation before, and those who are seasoned Practitioners.

    Please know it is possible to modify the positions so you remain in a chair for the entire session if mobility is an issue.

    Mantra Meditation

    Here we use Sound, Sound of Mantra to attain meditative states. This is useful for those who prefer to fixate on a continuous sound in order to find a focus on the present moment.

    Using varying Mantras, Such as OM, Gayatri, So Hum, and others to create a resonance as a group, then at a certain point, we cease the Mantra and remain in meditive silence for some time also.

    Guided Meditation Sound Journey

    Every 4th Wednesday

    7-8pm £10 - Book Here

    In this session, let the power for Guided Meditation with the accompaniment of sound, lead you into a deep relaxation.

    The session is led by allowing you to lay down on a mat or mattress with plenty of pillows, blankets, eye masks - anything you need to lay down comfortable for 60-70mins. Where you will be guided by voice into a state of relaxation. Then a Shamanic Guided meditation journey will lead you through different scenarios to liberate you from old stress and tension you may or may not be aware you still carry, using at times the Shamanic Drum and Tibetian Singing bowls to aid in that release.

    Guaranteed to be a deeply relaxing and healing experience.
