I have done my energy training in the Andean Shamanic Tradition. So, working with energy, some of you may racognise akin to Reiki, just using a different signs, symbols and methods of balancing and moving energy aournd the body, and Chakra centres.

CHAKRA BALANCE & CLEARING

This treatment comes from the Shamaic "Taming the Jaguar" or "Bringing the Jaguar Down from the Trees" method. I will work first on the energy of the body, then with permission, address each Chakra in turn, clearing old energy or stagnant energy, and revitalising, reuniting framented parts, and realigning your energy centres.

Why is it called Taming the Jaguar, well we are often familiar with the Vadic Tradition of the Chakras being represented by different coloured balls, the Shamanic perception of the 4 lower Chakras are represented by different Animals. The Sacral Chakra being a Jaguar, and it is the Jaguar that Eats all the adrenalin in the body to leave you feeling calmer and more balanced.

I will then atune each energy centre back into sync with the heartbeat of Gaia. This treatment is suitable for anyone who is feeling a lot of stress or overwhelm, who may not be feeling like themselves, or as a regular addition to you self care practice to stay on top of energy levels.

QUANTUM HEALING MEDITATION (ONLINE or IN PERSON)

This treatment will always start with a Chakra Balancing/Taming The Jaguar, as detailed above. I will then go on to guid you into a deep state of relaxation where with permission of you higher self I will guide you through a meditation where you will retrive fragmented parts of yourself. This is a completely non invasive process, where you do not need to recall forgotten memory's from past events. Aslways coupled with the Chakra balancing treatment, to know the retreived fragments are assimilated back into the body with love and peace.

SHAMANIC SOUL RETREIVAL

This treatment will always start with a Chakra Balancing/Taming The Jaguar, as detailed above. Then I will go into a trance while beating the drum to travel to the Shamanic Underworld (your subconscious) to find, meet and bring home a fragmented part of you physche. Again this is a non invasive form of Trauma therapy where no memories or events need to be talked about, and used along side the Chakra balancing, the retreived part of you will be returned with love and peace.
