***MEDITATION SESSIONS***

We all know Meditation is good for us right? But how good are we at meditation on our own? If you struggle, then perhaps these sessions are for you.

We live in a busy world. And jumping into a still mind is almost impossible when our nervous systems match the world we live in. So, these session give you what you need in order to make that switch.

We start the session with some breathwork to signal the nervous system and mind that we are consciously shifting our intention to slow down.

Next we spend 5mins doing Somatic Release exercises, which tell the Vagus nerve to release and calm.

Then up to 10mins is spent laying down on the mat listening to a guided relaxation which leads your body Mind and nervous system finally into a state that is ready to begin Meditation.

Switching to a seated position, more ideal for meditation consciously rather then laying down where there is the temptation to fall asleep, we use candle gazing or eventually closing the eyes, and a guided Meditation is used to lead you on your journey.

The meditations are always intuitive, rather then read from a script, to meet you exactly where you are in your meditation level. So you experience a personalised journey which blends different Meditation approaches for you to recreate at home.

It is well reputed that Meditation in a group is more powerful then alone.
